Every new player and goalie stick purchased from Pro Stock Hockey is backed by our 30-Day Stick Warranty.
ONYX sticks are backed by an extended 60-Day Stick Warranty, giving you twice the coverage of our standard warranty.
If your stick breaks from a manufacturing defect during normal play within the applicable warranty period, we’ll provide a one-time replacement so you can get back on the ice as quickly as possible.
What’s Covered?
Our warranty covers sticks that break due to a manufacturing defect during normal playing conditions.
30 Days
from your order’s ship date for all new player and goalie sticks.
60 Days
from your order’s ship date for all new ONYX sticks.
If your original stick is still available, we’ll send the exact same model.
If it’s no longer in stock, we’ll work with you to choose a replacement from our current inventory with a value up to the price you originally paid.
60-Day Warranty

Every new ONYX stick purchased from Pro Stock Hockey includes an extended 60-Day Stick Warranty—double the coverage of our standard warranty.
The warranty process is exactly the same. If your ONYX stick breaks due to a manufacturing defect during normal play within 60 days of your order shipping, we’ll provide a one-time replacement. If your original stick is no longer available, we’ll help you select a replacement from our current inventory with a value up to the price you originally paid.
How It Works

What’s Not Covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
- Sticks identified and purchased as used at the time of sale.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or alterations to the stick.
- Normal cosmetic wear such as dents, chips, scratches, or dings.
- Warranty requests submitted after the applicable warranty period (30 days for most sticks, 60 days for ONYX sticks).
A Few Things to Know
- One warranty replacement is available per eligible stick purchased.
- Replacement sticks are not covered by an additional warranty.
- The Pro Stock Hockey Stick Warranty is available to customers located in the United States and Canada.
Warranty approvals are made at the sole discretion of Pro Stock Hockey.
